I know I should write a complete guide by myself here but the truth is that I don't have one. I read about article marketing, bum marketing, ppc, forum and blog comment posting, SEO; then build quality landing pages, sales pages, preselling, monetizing thank you pages, etc.

My goal with this thread would be to create a complete, easily followable step by step guide for newbies and experts also, that is put together from the posts of this thread. I will update this first post every time someone posts a good idea. I think this way we can truly put together our knowledge and everyone can benefit in a way or another.

I will start with this, it was written by a guy named "petkanov" in another forum, credits go to him:

Didnt read this topic before, and now that I have, I wish I hadnt. Its clearly against TOS, and will get you banned. Google know about all the tactics, and this is just asking for it really, even if it may look safe to do.

Quit the Black Hat tactics and just get some genuine traffic.
