Depends if they are unique posts on unique IPs. For example people could start 10 blogger blogs to try and game the system. Not gonna happen.

Mike , I do not think it is fair to give 50 points to all blog entries . Then what is the use of playing the contest as the biggest points go for external users rather than the people who are active in the blog . Posting on the external blogs really increased the popularity of the forum , but actually they are promoting their blogs not your forum . Many people might join but they may all not be active members . This just decreases the spirit of the contest. The person who has the maximum number of blogs hosted on different blog providers win . I feel crazy . The name and purpose of the contest should be changed to Maximum blog posting contest rather than SEOBun posting contest .If it is SEOBum posting contest the content should be posted here in SEOBum either in the threads or on the blogs . Else what is the use ,I think you really got my point Mike . What does the other moderators think on this ? If you all continue with this decision I think I would have to rethink whether I would have to stay back or leave . The leader leaving the forum might not be fair.

Think Mike said it has to be quality. Everyone can get 1 blog post but to get more than 1 the blog needs to be a quality blog with targeted traffic.

Aaron, then you need to reduce the points for external blog posting as they are really working for their own blogs not for your forum . If I post 10 blogs I would beat the leader in hours . Is this fine ???
I am really lost between sea and ocean . A post for my blog really increases traffic to mine and the forum might just only get a portion lets say 1 out of 100 visits. Are you now getting my point ??

How if a team effort occurs like in the busby ? Is that an healthy option . I am sure the indonesian's might team up like in the busby seo challenge. I should not have really joined this forum . Just have to return to DP . I am really getting mad . How will the moderators trace the blog if it is valid or not . You know my blog just started a month back now has PR 0 . Back links will do the trick . I will ask if I start to give you a posting about the contest from a site/ domain will I get 75 points. Or if I post articles in top sites will I get 50 points . Then why I need to stay back in the forum online most of the time to keep up the pace .....why all this heck just hang around in other sites enjoy my time and post a few articles no need to login at least for a second in the forum . Looks really wired . Am I crazy or are you guys crazy ??

If I can be the leader in one day with posting so many threads and post without spams it is not much for a blogger to post in all his 10 threads . I love you Indonesia. You really team up nicely . I have no sort of enmity with you . I will always be your friend but only fair things can be accepted . My effort in this forum was just a waste I hope so leaving all my freelancer works apart and to give a lot of contribution to the forum was all just a waste of time . I might have gained at least a $50 for my one day . I am really sad and mad . May God give better ideas to all the moderators !! I feel like I am all alone and rest of the members plays against me . I would have been offered at least a moderator position if I just posted so much new threads to any other new forum with less members. Why I became a member of SB ?? I dunno y but I got in because I tought I could win atleast this challenge after been deafted in the
"busby seo challenge " from all the Spear, Pinay and Imfreakz teams . I thought it would just run smoothly as ever but may be not . The moderators are just against me I think so . At least some one should be knowing valuing my opinion and points .

I don't think it is fair to give more than 50 points for user for blogging about this contest at their blogs. Then, some people might use this to get several hundreds points.

Mike and Aaron , If you want exposure for this blog I can really refer a lot of friends from around the world . But they will never contribute to the blog they have hundreds of other works to do . Hope you catch my point . Activity must be inside the forum the threads will help you grow the forum rather than sign-ups . If you forum is active all will really love to join . At least one member and one moderator online will attract people . If sign ups are huge the forum grows , traffic grows but no activity then what is the use of a forum after all . Pull out your thoughts fellow members . Nada you are the first person to support me.I really thank you . You are an active member and I think your views will open the eyes of all . I never ever thought of winning the contest . It is still two months left for the contest to close . I just wanted to make clear that if blogs where given more points members like me will start blogging and acquiring backlinks for my blogs and just gaining PR for the blog and I can just give out the job to a few of my friends too but members like me leaving the forum to develop backlinks and blogs will never help the activity in the forum . Would it really help Mr.White ?? You can answer this ...and I want others members also to answer .........Besides no one just values my opinion other than nada . At least consider me as an active community member . Can't you guys do that for God's sake ???

Scorpion, I agree with your idea, but I don't like what you are doing right now. You don't have to start several threads and make multiple posts to argue that blogging for points should not be accepted. You can make your point clear by just making a one good thread. For me, the multiple posts you are making right now just tells me that you really want the first place and you want to block everyone who tries to make more points than you.
