Yeah I heard the Feeds are really powerful in creating backlinks but I dont have too many readers just about 33 through email

Its not about backlinks. When I update my site, and write a new post, the people who are subscribed to my RSS feed are notified about the update via email, and this creates direct traffic.

If they get the article in Email then why would they visit your website??

Because it is only the first paragraph of the email.
They must click the "read more" link to read the entire post, and this links them back to my site.
