Exactly GCO. They wouldn't want you making thousands on the back of their hard work would they?
No business man would make a decent income from selling reseller hosting. They'd get a dedicated server and sell shared hosting packages.
Plus the fact that shared web hosting is an uber competitive market. Unless you're selling to your friends or someone you met on a forum it wouldn't be worth the effort.
