I use my own custom made CMS...

It does the job and I feel better cause i've coded it from scratch

. Plus it means I can easily change the function of the site (to add new features or something) and add to the CMS to incorporate it.
ps I queue up blog posts quite a bit (I get paid to make a weekly blogpost). I usually queue them up a day or 2 in advance, or even weeks if I get bored and write another post and/or am going away for a bit. It's a great feature of WP.
