The
Google XML Sitemaps is the plugin that I'm using to auto update my sitemap anytime I change something at my blogs. It's an extremely popular plugin and is usually in a blogger's essential plugins list.
A quick search on Google for "automatic sitemap update" gives me some results, but I can't say anything for them because I've never used them before.
