Some nice themes you have there

I notice you are saying "must keep footer intact AS IS". You know you can encrypt the footer (it's done by a lot of theme makers to stop -- well, stop most people -- from changing or deleting the footer).
It's called base64 encoding, a generator can be found here

Sorry I have a (not so regularly updated) free WP themes site and I was reading into a lot about making them recently.
